Het chalet is niet beschikbaar voor personeelsverblijf, bedrijfsmatige huisvesting of verhuur door een werkgever voor werknemers. Roken in het chalet is niet toegestaan. Huisdieren uitsluitend na overleg. Onderverhuur is niet toegestaan. Het parkreglement is van toepassing. Iedere kandidaat wordt vooraf aan de parkbeheerder voorgelegd. It offers approximately 48 m² of living space and stands on a spacious plot of approximately 260 m², with a private parking space, terrace and plenty of privacy.
